Project Coordinator JLL is currently seeking a Project Coordinator to support its Data Collection, Environmental and Property Condition (EPC) Services team. The EPC Services team performs Asset Tagging and Data Collection, Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Property Condition Assessments, Zoning Reports, ALTA Survey, and Seismic Reports, and partners with JLL's Valuation Advisory as a national resource of third-party inspection and valuation services. Our client base generally consists of commercial real estate owners, occupiers, servicing banks, lenders, capital markets, and real estate financing and investment sources to help them underwrite risk associated with environmental and physical condition of commercial real estate. The Project Coordinator is an Operations role supporting JLL's Valuation Advisory

Estimated compensation for this position:
50,000.00- 65,000.
