Client experience — serve as the primary point of contact through construction, communicate proactively, manage expectations, and lead professional final walkthroughs that earn five-star reviews. Financial performance — monitor budgets and protect gross profit; manage change orders, purchase orders, and costs; review invoices and keep projects financially on track.
