Digital Assets Project Manager / DAM Specialist Cleveland, OH (Hybrid Schedule) $27-30/hour Temporary Assignment with Potential for Hire Kelly Services is seeking a highly organized Digital Assets Project Manager / DAM Specialist to support a growing marketing and communications team. This role is ideal for professionals with experience managing Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems, digital libraries, metadata, taxonomy, content organization, or creative operations. We're open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds, including Digital Asset Management, Digital Archives, Library Science, Content Operations, Metadata Management, Database Administration, Marketing Operations, and Creative Project Management. Key Responsibilities Support the implementation, migration, and optimization of Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems Organize, catalog, tag, and maintain digital assets including photography, video, creative files, and marketing content Develop and maintain metadata standards, taxonomy structures, and asset governance processes Improve asset searchability, usability, and overall user experience within the DAM platform Coordinate digital asset workflows across marketing, creative, production, and communications teams Support rollout, adoption, and training for DAM users and creative self-service tools Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables related to DAM initiatives and content management projects Create documentation, user guides, and training materials Partner with stakeholders to ensure digital content is properly organized, accessible, and compliant with established standards Qualifications 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Digital Asset Management (DAM) Digital Archives Metadata Management Taxonomy Development Content Operations Marketing Project Management Database Administration Creative Operations Experience working with Digital Asset Management platforms required Understanding of metadata, taxonomy, asset tagging, content organization, and search optimization strongly preferred Experience managing large digital libraries, content repositories, or databases Strong project coordination, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work across multiple teams and manage competing priorities Experience creating training materials, documentation, and process workflows Bachelor's degree preferred Why Apply?
