Drywall Project Manager Benefits & Compensation Competitive base salary plus bonus opportunity Vehicle allowance and/or company car Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement, and paid vacation Long-term growth opportunities with the chance to build and lead a market Supportive, family-oriented culture without micromanagement Drywall Project Manager Requirements & Qualifications Minimum 10 years of commercial drywall project management experience Strong background in metal framing, drywall, and acoustical systems Experience with project management / estimating software (Onscreen Takeoff, Quick Bid, BuzzBID preferred) Proven ability to manage deadlines and multiple project stakeholders Estimating experience and ability to review takeoffs is a plus Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills OSHA training Willingness to travel as needed Drywall Project Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities Oversee multiple commercial drywall projects from kick-off through closeout Review estimates, project scopes, and contracts prior to start Develop project schedules, manpower plans, and material takeoffs Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project success Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and budget tracking Lead project meetings and provide executive reporting to ownership Maintain strict adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and deadlines Collaborate with general contractors, architects, and inspectors to resolve site challenges Take on a pivotal role where you'll drive growth, enjoy autonomy, and work with a supportive team—apply today to shape your future and the future of the business.
