Environmental Project Manager Position Summary We are seeking a qualified and experienced Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) to oversee and manage environmental investigation and remediation projects throughout Bucks County, PA. This role requires strong technical expertise, regulatory knowledge, and project management skills to ensure compliance with New Jersey and Pennsylvania environmental regulations. This position follows a hybrid work schedule, with a combination of remote work and on-site presence for field activities, client meetings, and team collaboration. Key Responsibilities Serve as the LSRP of record for site remediation projects in accordance with applicable regulations. Oversee environmental site assessments, including Phase I and Phase II investigations. Develop and implement remedial action work plans and strategies. Ensure compliance with Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP) and, when applicable, New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) regulations. Prepare and review technical reports, including Remedial Investigation Reports (RIRs), Remedial Action Workplans (RAWs), and Response Action Outcomes (RAOs). Manage project timelines, budgets, and client communications. Coordinate with subcontractors, laboratories, and regulatory agencies. Provide technical guidance to junior staff and project teams. Conduct site visits and field oversight as needed. Qualifications Active Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) certification (required). Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, or a related field (Master's preferred). Minimum of 7-25+ years of experience in environmental consulting or site remediation. Strong knowledge of PADEP Act 2 Program; familiarity with NJDEP regulations is a plus. Proven experience managing complex remediation projects. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Preferred Skills Experience with brownfield redevelopment projects. Proficiency in data management and environmental modeling tools. Strong leadership and client relationship management abilities.
