$60/hr•$65/hr Day to

Day Responsibilities:

Plan and manage discovery activities related to operational process and technology assessments Coordinate interviews, workshops, and working sessions across multiple cross-functional business teams Identify pain points, gaps, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement Develop and document future-state business and system requirements to support upcoming technology modernization initiatives Track milestones, risks, and action items; ensure deliverables are completed on time

Qualifications:
