Pay Range:
$50,000 - $200,000 per year Summary Pro Superior Construction Inc. is seeking an Estimating Sales Project Manager to sell and manage exterior renovation projects, including siding, windows, and related construction scopes. This hybrid role combines sales, estimating, project coordination, material ordering, labor billing support, permit support, job cost tracking, and budget maintenance from lead intake through project completion. Primary Responsibilities Sell siding, window, and exterior renovation projects by meeting with clients, reviewing project needs, and presenting proposals. Perform site visits, take measurements, collect photos, review scopes, and prepare accurate project estimates. Coordinate project schedules with customers, office staff, field crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and management. Manage and support material orders, including siding materials, window orders, supplier coordination, and delivery tracking. Provide permit-pull support by coordinating required documents, permit information, and follow-up as needed. Review and support labor bills, change orders, project documentation, and billing-related information. Support job cost tracking, budget maintenance, cost control, and communication of project financial status. Coordinate project handoff and ongoing communication between sales, estimating, office, and production teams. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required in Business, Construction Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales, estimating, project coordination, construction management, exterior renovations , or a related role. Experience with siding, windows, exterior construction, residential construction, or commercial construction preferred. Strong communication, organization, follow-up, customer service, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read scopes, measurements, proposals, budgets, schedules, and basic construction documents. Proficiency with email, spreadsheets, estimating tools, project management software, and office technology. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for jobsite and client visits. Physical Requirements / Working Conditions Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed. Ability to walk jobsites, climb stairs, stand for periods of time, and safely navigate active construction environments. Work may be performed remotely, in the office, at client locations, and on active jobsites.
