Job Description
Job Summary Fire Protection Project Manager to lead and oversee fire protection system projects from inception to completion. This role is vital in ensuring that fire safety solutions are designed, installed, and maintained to the highest standards, complying with all relevant codes and regulations Qualifications Proven experience in construction management with a focus on fire protection or related systems. Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques and project scheduling tools. Familiarity with construction management software including Bluebeam, Procore and Clickup. Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Experience with contracts negotiation and managing subcontractors on complex projects. Excellent project coordination skills with a focus on safety compliance on active construction sites. Knowledge of fire protection codes, standards (NFPA), and regulatory requirements. Strong organizational skills with effective time management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to communicate clearly with clients, team members, vendors, and regulatory agencies. IND002
