Fixture Specialist -

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team and contribute to the efficient management of fixture orders for retail remodels and special projects. Our team relies on strong analytical and organizational skills to ensure projects are completed accurately, within budget, and on time.
Responsibilities:
Analyze historical data and project surveys to determine fixture needs, review site plans, and create purchase orders. Serve as the primary contact between fixture contractors and project managers, providing timely communication and installation support. Maintain and update the fixture ordering system to ensure 100% accuracy, including troubleshooting invoice issues and creating purchase orders. Monitor project budgets and completion of punch lists, collaborating with various teams to address and justify additional field requests.
Required:
Bachelor's degree preferred. 1-3 years of experience in retail or customer service is preferred. Proficient in Data Entry, MS Office programs, including Excel and Word. Experience with purchase order.
