at Creative Circle, LLC in Mettawa, Illinois, United States Job Description Global Material Review Project Manager We're seeking a Global Material Review Project Manager to support the coordination and execution of content review projects within a highly regulated environment. This individual will serve as a liaison between brand teams, regulatory, compliance, creative agencies, and international stakeholders to ensure projects move efficiently from kickoff through final approval. This role is ideal for a collaborative project manager who excels at building relationships, facilitating discussions, managing timelines, and coordinating multiple stakeholders across global teams. The successful candidate will be comfortable leading meetings, driving action items, and keeping projects on track in a fast-paced environment.

1-2 days onsite per week Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 3+ years of project management, program coordination, marketing operations, content operations, or related experience Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills Experience collaborating across multiple functional teams Experience facilitating meetings and driving discussions to resolution Exceptional organizational, communication, and follow-up skills Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects from initiation through completion Comfortable working with global teams across multiple time zones Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities Preferred Qualifications Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated industries Experience supporting content review, approval, or compliance-related processes Experience working with creative agencies or marketing teams Familiarity with Veeva, Veeva Vault, or similar workflow management platforms Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned content review projects Manage projects from agency kickoff through review, approval, and final delivery Partner with brand teams, compliance, regulatory, medical, and agency stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle Facilitate meetings, moderate discussions, and document decisions, action items, and next steps Monitor project timelines and proactively identify risks or roadblocks Coordinate communication across global teams and ensure stakeholders remain informed Track project progress and drive accountability for deliverables Escalate issues when necessary and help identify appropriate solutions Support continuous improvement initiatives related to review and approval processes Build strong working relationships across internal teams and external partners Ensure projects are completed on schedule while maintaining process compliance and quality standards In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment. Additionally, drug products may be present in the workplace.
