- Chili's® Grill & Bar and Maggiano's Little Italy®
- and directly impacts Team Members and Guests.
- Establish and maintain cross cultural relationships and links with international Franchise partners and their operations teams in support of their business.
- Conduct restaurant visits to coach performance and gain feedback on an as needed basis to ensure training brand standards are executed at the highest level.
- Partner with Brinker Global Department leadership, operations, and other market support disciplines on performance consulting strategies resulting in targeted training solutions.
- Provide training execution support and assist in the development of training support materials.
- Provide consultation and expertise on holistic talent management systems and processes and influence partners to implement proven strategies consistent with Chili's people philosophies to drive results.
- Manage Franchise Training and Culinary Contacts in the development and execution of required systems, processes and standards, and support for local openings.
- Execute and present training seminars.
- Manage cross-functional projects and project teams with timelines and deliverables.
- Collaborate with domestic Chili's L&D team to create and support all materials for brand roll outs and projects.
- Create, support and maintain materials essential for the team and partner reference.
- Build and maintain relationships across all spectrums of the organization, franchise community, and vendor partners.
- Apply project management principles and techniques to own, drive and improve processes and systems.
- International travel 20-30%. What You Bring to the Team
- Ability to speak and write Spanish with Native/Fluent proficiency.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3+ years of restaurant leadership experience as a General Manager/Manager.
- New restaurant opening experience preferred.
- Training passion with extensive knowledge and skill.
- Strong project management skills, attention to detail and ability to drive results
- Well organized, self-managing & motivated, with strong multi-tasking and time management skills.
- Analytical skills with strong decision-making ability.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate and influence effectively with both with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop preferred.
