Position Type:

Multiyear Contract + Supports Learning and Talent Development technical and systems-related initiatives by leading end-to-end project delivery across multiple workstreams, including requirements intake, scoping, planning, and implementation. + Partners with business stakeholders, systems teams, and cross-functional partners to manage technical dependencies, integrations, and solution alignment. + Drives execution using structured project plans, facilitates working sessions, and ensures clear communication of risks, issues, and impacts. + Maintains project momentum through proactive risk management, change control, and escalation. + Contributes to portfolio governance by delivering accurate status reporting, supporting intake prioritization, and ensuring alignment to enterprise project frameworks and tools (e.g., Agile or hybrid delivery models). + PMP Preferred + Desired - HR or Learning and Talent Development Experience #M1 #LI-CB3
