HRIS Project Coordinator:
Opportunity to support a major HRIS transformation project. Work fully remote with a flexible schedule (approx. 30-35 hours per week). Gain valuable experience working with cross-functional HR teams and data analysis. What's a typical day as HRIS Project Coordinator? You'll be: Supporting the HRIS Transformation Program Manager and workstream leads with daily project coordination, documentation, reporting, and data analysis. Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, capturing notes, assigning action items, and following up on deliverables. Maintaining project plans, trackers, RAID logs, milestones, and status updates. Gathering updates from workstream owners and helping prepare program reporting. Organizing project documentation, requirements, testing results, and implementation materials. Conducting HRIS data analysis, cleanup, validation, reconciliation, and import preparation. Comparing data across systems/files to identify discrepancies for review. Supporting testing and implementation activities, including tracking test scenarios, defects, and resolutions. Learning the HRIS transformation context to independently support workstreams and identify needed follow-up. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have 2-5 years of experience in project coordination/project management and data analysis (HRIS or HR Operations experience preferred). Possess strong Excel and data skills, and are comfortable working with large datasets. Are highly organized, analytical, and able to work independently across multiple workstreams. Can take direction and proactively support project needs. Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required). Experience with Dayforce is helpful, but not required.
