Implementation Project Manager#26-09353 Minnetonka, MN Remote Contract Starts 9/07/2026 Ends 1/08/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a Business Side Implementation Project Manager with TPA for a contract position with a Major Healthcare Company located in Minnetonka, MN. This is a 4+ month contract opportunity. This position is 100% remote.

Compensation:

$48-50 per hour, W2, based on qualifications

Position Overview:

This role focuses on managing implementation projects for TPA clients who are transitioning medical vendors. The ideal candidate will be a client-facing project manager with a strong background in the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) space, responsible for navigating PBM systems and leading cross-functional teams to successful projectpletion.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage entire client onboarding implementation project (discovery, requirements gathering, project plan creation, meeting facilitation, delivery, audit, transition, etc.) Serve as the main point of contact for the client; outward-facing resource for assigned projects with direct client contact Coordinate and conduct benefit discussions with all parties, manage internal/external efforts for creation of benefit plan requirements, specialty, formulary, and networks Monitor, track, and report project status and performance to internal/external stakeholders, including issue escalation and mitigation Work with client and internal cross-functional teams to proactively identify implementation issues and drive to resolution Ensure accuracy of benefit plan set-up and on-time deliverables

Primary Requirements:

3+ years experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management Project management experience managingplex projects with various stakeholders Experience in a client-facing environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Strongmunication, listening, and organizational skills Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
