Insight Project Coordinator

Seeking a highly motivated and extremely organized team member to execute a wide variety of market research projects while interfacing with the client. The individual will work closely with the account to ensure all research projects are executed in a timely and high-quality fashion. The position is fast-paced, requires quick decision-making and extremely strong organization skills. MY-TAKE is a greater Boston based company whose primary product/service is delivering consumer insight through online communities. Online insight communities are among the fastest growing segments of market research. Communities allow brands to instantly attain feedback and ideas from hundreds, or thousands, of target consumers on an on-going basis. MY-TAKE works with a wide range of companies including several of the Fortune 500.

Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional service while maintaining excellent communication Manage multiple priorities, many autonomously Research study recruiting Survey programming•using the My-Take proprietary survey platform Moderation/facilitation•creation and maintenance of a positive and effective community environment that will deliver high ongoing member engagement and interaction

Self-motivator Preferred Qualifications:

1-2 years overall work experience (Market research industry experience a plus) BA or BS, business, marketing, psychology or related field Must be able to work under tight deadlines Curiosity, comfortable asking questions and participating in small and large group discussions Strong intuition and an interest in developing skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite•Excel, Word, PowerPoint Experience with a survey tool a plus
