Job Description

Company Overview Renewal by Andersen is the full-service replacement window division of Andersen Corporation, dedicated to providing homeowners with a superior window and door replacement experience. Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Installation Project Manager to lead and coordinate residential window and door installation projects from inception to completion for out Northern WVA territory. Ideal candidate will be located within Morgantown or surounding area. This role requires a proactive leader capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess extensive construction management experience, with a focus on project scheduling, site supervision, and client communication. Duties Oversee all phases of installation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate seamless project execution. Develop detailed project schedules utilizing construction management software such as Primavera P6 or similar tools. Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to accurately interpret project requirements. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, enforce safety protocols, and resolve on-site issues promptly. Manage procurement of materials using construction estimating tools like HeavyBid or similar systems. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards throughout project lifecycle. Maintain detailed documentation of project activities, change orders, and communication logs. Lead project meetings to update stakeholders on progress and address any concerns proactively. Experience Proven experience in construction management or project coordination within the residential or commercial construction sectors. Strong proficiency in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, or equivalent tools. Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Familiarity with contracts, construction estimating processes, and project scheduling methodologies. Extensive knowledge of construction site safety practices and regulations. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Prior hands-on experience in construction site supervision or installation is highly desirable. Pay:
$69,840.00 - $104,760.00 per year
