The Massachusetts Division of Fisheries and Wildlife (DFW), seeks applicants for the position of- Northern Forest Restoration Project Coordinator
- October 1, 2026 through December 2027
- Previous experience with restoration projects and project management
- Understanding of the concepts of habitat restoration
- Experience working outdoors and alone
- Ability to work independently and accomplish tasks with limited supervision
- Experience with Massachusetts permitting included but not limited to the Wetland Protection Act
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Access, Excel, and Word
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic with great attention to detail, and a strong interest in natural resource management Qualifications Acquired on the Job
- Increased knowledge of the above
- Knowledge of agency land protection and restoration priorities
- Knowledge of MassWildlife land holdings and resource protection efforts in the Northern Forest Region License and/or
Certification Requirements:
Possession of a current and valid Massachusetts Class D Motor Vehicle Operator's License, or equivalent, and an acceptable driving record with the ability to travel to check stations and field sites during the duration of the position.Position Title:
