Job Description Position Title:
ServiceNow Project Manager Location:
Natick, MA (on-site)
Position Summary:
The ServiceNow Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing the successful delivery of ServiceNow implementation, enhancement, and modernization projects. This role leads cross-functional teams through all phases of the project lifecycle while ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with customer requirements and ServiceNow best practices. The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for project execution, working closely with government stakeholders, technical teams, and business partners to deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, monitor, and close ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects
  • Develop and maintain project management plans, schedules, milestones, and resource plans
  • Coordinate project activities across architects, developers, administrators, business analysts, testers, and customer stakeholders
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Facilitate project kickoff meetings, Agile ceremonies, status meetings, and executive briefings
  • Track project progress and prepare weekly and monthly status reports
  • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow implementation methodology, organizational governance, and quality standards
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to prioritize requirements and manage project deliverables
  • Coordinate change management activities, release planning, testing, and production deployments
  • Monitor project performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend corrective actions when necessary
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining proactive communication with stakeholders
  • Support contract deliverables, compliance requirements, and customer acceptance activities
  • Promote continuous process improvement and adoption of ServiceNow best practices
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of project management experience leading enterprise IT initiatives for the U.S. Army and/or the Department of War
  • Experience managing projects using Agile or Scrum methodologies
  • Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
  • Excellent organizational, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience supporting federal government IT programs is highly preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
  • ITIL® 4 Foundation Certification
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) SAFe Agilist or equivalent Agile certification
Security Qualifications:
  • U.S. Citizen
  • Active Secret clearance preferred
