3-4 Month Contract-to-Hire Overview Our client, a rapidly growing leader in fiber network infrastructure, is seeking an experienced OSP Project Manager to lead large-scale network deployment initiatives. This role requires a strong blend of field expertise and technical/analytical skills, with the ability to manage construction activities, crews, and vendors while driving projects from planning through execution. This is a high-impact position responsible for end-to-end delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project management for fiber network plan and build phases Oversee construction managers (CMs), field crews, and vendors Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and reporting tools Drive on-time, under-budget delivery of network deployment projects Identify resource requirements, risks, and mitigation strategies Own the market and report to C-Suite level all market updates Tracking budgets, forecasts, PC admin tasks, tracking and documentation Oversee field construction and build quality Collaborate cross-functionally to develop build strategies and timelines Hold internal teams and external partners accountable for deliverables Provide recurring updates to executive leadership on performance, risks, and progress Analyze project data and drive problem resolution within time and resource constraints Ensure alignment across all stakeholders, including vendors and suppliers Required Qualifications 5+ years background in telecom, fiber deployment, or network infrastructure 5+ years proven experience managing large-scale fiber optic / OSP build projects Strong field knowledge combined with technical and analytical capabilities Experience managing construction managers, crews, and scheduling Experience leading cross-functional teams and external vendors Proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced) for reporting and tracking Experience with data analysis, reporting, and business insights Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Intermediate to advanced PowerPoint and Power BI for executive-level reporting Salary conversion: $105K-$115K + 9% Bonus Broadstaff, LLC., provides equal employment opportunities to all qualified individuals without regard to race, color, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, pregnancy, age, national origin, physical or mental disability, military or veteran status, genetic information, or any other protected classification protected by federal, state or local laws.

Pay:

$50.00 - $55.00 per hour
