Construction Representative will be required to wear a hard hat, high visibility safety vest, safety boots, safety glasses, client photo ID and possibility of hearing protection. Construction Representative may work near roads and may coordinate with Contractor and Traffic Control Contractor for lane closures. This is a full-time, project-based position within the state of Pennsylvania. As a Construction Representative, you will:

• Under supervision, conduct construction inspections of basic to moderate complexity.
• Evaluate the condition and material of the infrastructure
• Independently perform field and office activities related to the collection, assessment, and reporting of data.
• Take photos of pipe materials identified after excavation, preconstruction photos and post backfill/construction photos
• Ensure Test Pit contractor backfills test pit or temporarily covers excavation prior to backfilling to prevent safety issues
• Document inspection findings (material, size, etc) and generate inspection reports through iPad based on findings. Communicate issues to project leadership.
• Communicate with client, homeowners (if necessary), and project leaders to provide project progress status and updates
• Coordinate with Test Pit contractor team identifying and documenting Company and Customer water line materials.
• Research tap cards and gather specific data from the card.
• Photograph the inspections for quality control and documentation purposes.
• Comply with guidelines and regulations, including permits, safety, etc.
• Perform other duties as required.
