$70,000 - $80,000 Role Summary The Process Coordinator supports the organization by helping design, document, measure, and improve how work gets done. This role focuses on building clarity and consistency across processes, tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs), supporting analytical insights, and coordinating projects across cross ‑ functional teams. This is an excellent opportunity for an early ‑ career professional who is highly organized, analytically curious, and interested in product development, operations, business analytics, and project management. Key Responsibilities Process & Organization
- Document and maintain business processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or opportunities for improved clarity and consistency
- Support leaders and teams in organizing workstreams, timelines, and decision processes
- Help establish simple, scalable ways of working across functions KPI Measurement & Reporting
- Track product and business KPIs against established targets
- Maintain dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness
- Support monthly and quarterly reporting for leadership reviews Analytics & Insights
- Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Translate data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
- Support ad ‑ hoc analysis related to performance, projects, or functional initiatives
- Continuously improve reporting tools and analytical approaches Project Management & Coordination
- Support planning, tracking, and execution of cross ‑ functional projects
- Maintain project plans, timelines, action items, and status updates
- Coordinate follow ‑ ups and ensure accountability across stakeholders
- Prepare materials for project reviews and leadership updates Qualifications Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience (internships and co ‑ ops count)
- Strong organizational and time ‑ management skills
- Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and basic analysis
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Suite - Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Exposure to dashboards or reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Familiarity with basic project management concepts
- Willingness to participate in some evening meetings as the team is global Key Skills & Attributes
