You will report directly to our Program Controls Manager and you'll work out of our Clearwater, Florida location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the organization by ensuring the successful execution and financial control of projects, contributing to the achievement of organizational goals and objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead or Support the Development of Initial Program Baselines Prepare and Analyze Cost Report Data EAC Management on Assigned Programs Lead or Support to Compliant Baseline Change Management Ensures Cost and Schedule Integration Proactively and Effectively Communicates with Integrated Product Team and Customers Assist with identifying root cause and impact analysis. Recommend corrective actions Improve processes Mentor Other Program Team Members
