Project Coordinator (Cosmetics Compliance / Data Reporting)

$21/HR Job Summary We're looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support a federal regulatory program centered on cosmetic compliance, surveillance, and program operations . In this role, you'll use agency systems and data resources to help evaluate inventory, research and compile findings, support planning, and coordinate compliance documentation. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys data reporting + coordination , can manage multiple priorities, and has experience working in regulated environments (government, healthcare, life sciences, compliance, etc.). What You'll Do Task 1: Data Reporting (Cosmetic Compliance Support) Compile, organize, and maintain data used for surveillance activities and compliance decision-making Prepare reports, summaries, trackers , and leadership-ready updates Support data validation/QA to ensure accuracy and completeness Task 2: Planning & Development (Documentation Coordination) Coordinate the development, review, and clearance of assignment memos and related compliance documentation Track assignments, deliverables, and milestones to keep program work moving on schedule Maintain organized records in alignment with program/regulatory requirements Join meetings, capture action items, and follow up to support execution Required Experience / Qualifications Bachelor's degree 4-6 years of experience in project coordination, program support, compliance/regulatory support, or data/reporting roles Comfortable working with databases/systems , reporting tools, and information management platforms Strong skills in organization, analysis, documentation, and communication Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Preferred (Nice to Have) Experience supporting federal government programs or regulatory agencies Familiarity with compliance, surveillance, quality assurance, or regulatory operations Experience drafting/formatting formal memos and program documentation Any exposure to FDA processes or highly regulated environments Work Model Remote to start DMV-area candidates preferred due to potential future onsite requirements System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
