Job Summary:

The candidate will work as a Project Coordinator, primarily managing logistics and communications for fragrance brands. They will be responsible for ordering products, organizing events, and maintaining relationships with vendors and retailers while producing presentations and managing timelines.

Skill Requirements:

Must-Have Requirements:

• Project Management experience in planning and logistics.
• Expertise in Excel and MS Suite including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with strict regard for timelines.
• Strong interpersonal skills with effective communication skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail oriented.

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience in the beauty industry or retail operations.
• Familiarity with vendor negotiation and cost tracking.
