Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the backbone of project execution, ensuring seamless communication, efficient workflow, and timely delivery of project milestones. Your proactive approach and exceptional organizational skills will help keep projects on track while providing outstanding support to team members and stakeholders alike. Responsibilities Coordinate project schedules, timelines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion of tasks Serve as the primary point of contact for team members, clients, and vendors, facilitating clear communication across all parties Manage documentation including reports, meeting notes, and project files using tools like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items to keep projects moving forward Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, calendar management, and maintaining office supplies Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via multi-line phone systems and email correspondence Qualifications Familiarity with project management tools and software like Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace Excellent computer literacy including data entry, proofreading, and document formatting skills Strong phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems in a professional setting Bilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse teams or clients Prior experience in customer service or customer support roles demonstrating professionalism and patience Knowledge of office equipment including front desk operations and basic bookkeeping practices such as QuickBooks is desirable Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently with excellent time management skills and attention to detail Join us as a Project Coordinator and become an integral part of our vibrant team dedicated to delivering excellence!
