Project Coordinator Tayyab Trust Sugar Land, TX Job Details Full-time $15 - $25 an hour 10 hours ago Qualifications Multilingual Administrative experience Bachelor's degree Business Administration Time management Full Job Description Role Summary The Project Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the effective planning, execution, and monitoring of charitable projects, while also supporting donor engagement and administrative operations. This position is structured across three core areas: 40% project management, 40% administrative support, and 20% donor relations. Key Responsibilities Project Management (40%) Support the planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of projects to ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners through digital and in-person communication Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting records Administrative Responsibilities (40%) Prepare and present project updates and reports, including both quantitative and qualitative analysis aligned with project objectives Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and coordination across communication channels Develop and maintain project calendars and organizational timelines to ensure smooth operations Ensure all activities comply with organizational policies, donor requirements, and applicable regulations Donor Relations (20%) Build and maintain relationships with national and international donors through effective and personalized communication Prepare reports on donor engagement, campaign performance, and fundraising progress Support donor stewardship activities, including engagement and recognition initiatives Maintain and update the donor database to accurately track contributions and interactions Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, business administration, marketing, or a related field Experience 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or a related role Experience in fundraising or donor relations is an advantage Skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Strong time management and adaptability Proficiency in Google Workspace Multilingual skills (Spanish, Arabic, or French) are preferred Personal Attributes Commitment to the organization's mission and impact Strong attention to detail with a proactive mindset Creative problem-solving abilities
Pay:
$15.00 - $25.00 per hour
