The role will be required to be on site 4 days a week, with remote work the balance of the week. HSC Builders has projects through out the Greater Delaware Valley and has future opportunities for this role to grow with the organization. How you'll contribute: The Project Coordinator is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of systems related to project construction, and for adopting and implementing the philosophy of the HSC Way while performing the following essential functions
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Insure proper transfer of drawings between parties as required by project. Confirm and track approvals from all parties as required by project. Insure proper documentation and filing of all project information from request through deliver confirmation. Insure selected vendor has all templates and approved drawings as needed to complete project in a timely manner. Document Management of Subcontracts from Preconstruction Team to Construction Team. Handle the receipt of Subcontractor Change Order from Project Management and manage the approval workflow of the Subcontractor Change Order. Responsible for the receipt of Owner Change Order from Project Management and manage the approval workflow of the Owner Change Order. Handle multiple incoming requests. Develop meeting minutes, team status reports and maintenance of all project related files (Owners, Subcontractor, Internal, Project Field Progress Meetings). Maintain the master list of large and small projects as well as corresponding project schedules and send weekly status reports to the respective team(s). Handle all construction administration, and work with all Project Managers.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

  • Corresponding with Owners, Subcontractors, and Project Management.
  • Procore Administration
  • Closeout Management
  • Closeout Matrix Management
  • RFIs and Submittal Processing as needed.
  • Technical review of architectural submittals as needed
  • Schedule meetings, internal, subcontractor, and owner as needed.
  • Order supplies for projects
  • Assist in providing additional support to the Receptionist
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • AS Degree in related field or any equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2+ years' experience in construction administration
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Adobe XI Professional, AIA Contract Documents, Procore, Bluebeam, GoToMeeting, Timberline, pVault) SKILLS and
ABILITIES
Must be a positive team player, self-motivated, and possess strong time management skills; must be flexible, conscientious, detail oriented, well organized and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment working with multiple managers with different management styles. Must have good written and oral communication skills, possess a professional demeanor, take initiative, have ability to critically think and work independently on matters related to position's responsibilities, and have interpersonal skills and interface well with co-workers, clients, vendors and executives.
