As a Project Coordinator, you will support the Legal Affairs business unit by coordinating projects, maintaining documentation, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills that contribute to successful project execution.

White Plains NY Hybrid, minimum 3 days onsite 2 remote
Duration:
12 Month Assignment What's the Job? Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, progress reports, and project schedules. Coordinate communication between cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors. Assist with resource tracking and coordination to support project needs. Conduct research and basic data analysis to support decision-making. Prepare presentations, manage calendars, travel requests, and support project-related events. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree. 1-5 years of project coordination, administrative, or related experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Power BI, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and attention to detail. What's in It for Me?
