We build high-end residential projects where the details matter — from desert-modern architecture to French country homes — and we need a Project Coordinator who takes ownership and keeps things moving. You'll work directly with the project team to coordinate schedules, communicate with clients and trade partners, and manage the administrative and logistical side of active custom home builds from permit to closeout. This is a hybrid position — our office is based in Gilbert, AZ with flexibility to work remotely. What you'll do Serve as a point of contact for homeowners with the project manager and design partners, providing clear and proactive updates throughout the custom build process Manage the permitting process from application through issuance, coordinate inspections, and maintain compliance documentation Track project schedules, flag delays early, and coordinate with the superintendent and subcontractors to keep milestones on track Maintain project documentation in Buildertrend — RFIs, submittals, change orders, and selections — keeping records organized and current Support the project team with material procurement, vendor coordination, and day-to-day administrative tasks that keep custom home builds running efficiently What we're looking for 2-5 years of experience as a project coordinator in residential custom home construction — this is a hard requirement Hands-on experience with Buildertrend; candidates with strong Buildertrend proficiency will be prioritized Familiarity with the permitting and inspection process in the Phoenix metro area (or comparable luxury residential market) Strong communicator — comfortable interfacing directly with high-end homeowners, architects, and external design partners Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously Compensation & details
