Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Project Coordinator to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the driving force behind the smooth execution of various projects, ensuring deadlines are met and communication flows seamlessly across teams. Your energetic approach and exceptional organizational skills will help us deliver outstanding results while maintaining a positive and productive work environment. Duties Coordinate project schedules, timelines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion of tasks. Act as the primary point of contact for team members, clients, and stakeholders, facilitating clear and effective communication. Manage documentation including reports, meeting notes, and project files using tools like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Track project progress through data entry, filing, and updating project management software to keep all team members informed. Assist with office management duties such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and handling multi-line phone systems. Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries with professionalism and courtesy via phone or email. Support administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, managing clerical duties, and maintaining organized filing systems. Requirements Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or project coordination roles. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and data entry skills. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems. Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members. Previous experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is advantageous but not required. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively while prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines. Familiarity with clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading, calendar management, and office reception duties including front desk responsibilities.
