Schedule:
Monday•Friday, 8:00 AM•5:00 PM Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support short-term implementation and transformation initiatives across a portfolio of banking customers. This is a remote opportunity supporting multiple projects and priorities while working closely with internal teams, customers, and key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong project coordination or project management experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to quickly integrate into ongoing initiatives and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple initiatives. Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and action items. Coordinate activities across cross-functional teams and internal and external stakeholders. Support customer-facing implementation and deployment activities. Track project progress and help ensure deadlines and project objectives are met. Identify, document, track, and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies. Prepare and communicate project status updates, reports, and project documentation. Coordinate meetings, follow-up items, and stakeholder communications. Support transformation initiatives, process improvement efforts, and project stabilization activities. Manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Quickly adapt to changing project requirements, customer needs, and business priorities. Work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong communication and collaboration with project teams and stakeholders. Qualifications Strong project coordination or project management experience. Experience supporting projects from planning through implementation and delivery. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational, time-management, and follow-through skills. Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously. Experience tracking project schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment. Ability to quickly integrate into existing projects and take ownership of assigned responsibilities. Customer-facing implementation experience preferred. Banking, financial services, or technology project experience is highly beneficial. Experience with deployment, transformation, process improvement, or project recovery initiatives is a plus. Types of Projects Assignments may include: Customer implementation projects Deployment coordination Transformation initiatives Process improvement efforts Project recovery or stabilization engagements Banking or technology-related initiatives Project assignments will be based on business demand, organizational priorities, and alignment between the individual's experience and specific project requirements. Team Structure Three Project Coordinator/Manager resources will report to one manager and work across multiple projects as needed. Candidates should be comfortable moving between initiatives, quickly understanding new project requirements, working independently, and collaborating effectively with both internal teams and external customers. #IND1
