DSA International is hiring a Project Coordinator, a key individual who keeps the projects and team running smoothly forward. The Project Coordinator is responsible for managing calendars, tracking tasks and timelines, organizing documents, and coordinating resources while keeping the team aligned with the plan to ensure every step of the development process delivers on time. This is a part-time position to start at 30 hours a week. There is some flexibility for some remote work. Local travel from time to time may be required.
Essential Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the development and management of budget, schedule, scope, and plans for projects. 2. Monitor daily tasks and progress ensuring team members have all necessary information and resources to keep workflow on track. 3. Prepare and review project correspondences including meeting minutes, memos, and updates. 4. Track, review, and organize project documents by ensuring all documents are accurate, current, and properly filed. 5. Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures. 6. Coordinate and host team project meetings. 7. Manage and update team calendars. 8. Maintain an organized work area. 9. Work collaboratively with team members. 10. Successfully follows instructions and procedures

Experience & Education Qualifications:
1. College Degree and/or Project Management experience preferred. 2. Microsoft Office proficiency required

Pay:
$22.00 - $26.00 per hour
