Join a dynamic and rapidly growing team as our next Project Manager, where you will serve as the primary point of contact for Surveillance & Compliance Product implementations. This fully remote position is open to candidates in any time zone and offers the potential to convert to a full-time, permanent role with competitive salary and bonus.Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding client service and detailed project management from project kickoff to post-implementation review Collaborate closely with both internal teams and external clients to ensure timely and successful software implementations Build and maintain strong, service-oriented relationships with Clinical and IT professionals—primarily over the phone and in virtual meetings Lead critical project milestones including requirements review, design review, test readiness review, and post-implementation assessment Manage project plans, documentation, issues, and status updates with precision and accuracy Lead and facilitate internal and client meetings, including creating and presenting clear, professional presentations Ensure all sensitive data is managed in a HIPAA-compliant environment Advocate for our products and embody project management best practices throughout every engagement Work toward and help achieve company-defined metric goalsWhat We're Looking For:
Required:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management information systems, or a related field 2-4 years of project management experience or a Master's degree with 0-2 years of project management experience Proven experience with software implementation projects (preferably in a healthcare or compliance environment) Demonstrated ability to manage multiple mid-sized projects simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including meeting facilitation and professional presentations Strong organizational, planning, and documentation skills Competence with project management and productivity tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira, Microsoft Office Suite)Preferred:
