Job Description
Project Coordinator Shift:
1st shift, Monday-Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)Contract Length:
Through 12/31/2026, with potential for extension or permanent hireExperience Level:
Entry Level Position Overview We are looking to add a Project Coordinator to support several recently awarded large‑scale contracts. This role plays a critical part in coordinating people, materials, and equipment to ensure successful technology installations across nationwide retail locations. The Project Coordinator will support retail technology implementation projects, working closely with internal teams and third‑party technicians to ensure installations are completed on time and without issue. This is a fast‑paced, detail‑driven role that requires strong ownership, organization, and communication skills. Company & Project Environment The organization specializes in large‑scale retail technology implementations. Projects typically involve installing network‑connected devices in retail environments, including kiosks, TVs, POS systems, cameras, routers, switches, and digital displays. Hands‑on installation work is completed by subcontracted local technicians, while the internal team oversees project coordination, scheduling, logistics, and execution. Support contracts may also include responding to service calls related to connectivity or installation issues. This Project Coordinator role will support the ShopperTrak team , ensuring all prerequisites for successful installations are met. Key Responsibilities Coordinate materials (cables, devices, hardware) to ensure on‑time delivery to customer sites Ensure required equipment (ladders, lift trucks, tools) is available onsite Schedule and confirm personnel (technicians) for each installation Monitor project timelines and proactively resolve issues that could delay installs Arrange replacements when materials, equipment, or technicians are unavailable Manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail Communicate professionally and effectively with internal teams, technicians, and stakeholders Maintain accountability so projects move forward smoothly from start to finish Role Characteristics Highly detail‑oriented with strong ownership mentality Fast‑paced environment with multiple concurrent projects Not highly technical, but requires comfort working with technology‑related installations Strong emphasis on communication, organization, and follow‑through Required Skills Basic understanding of networking concepts (routers, switches, connectivity) Support and troubleshooting mindset Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Strong professional communication skills Additional Qualifications High integrity and strong sense of ownership Team‑oriented mindset; ability to put team success above individual priorities Professional demeanor, especially in stressful situations Willingness to complete required in‑office trainingNote:

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
