S_182501 Project Coordinator Spherion is hiring a Project Coordinator for a local leader in technology managed services in the Middleton area. If you enjoy collaborative technical coordination and take pride in supporting high-impact systems, this role offers a steady setting where your work directly impacts technology builds and remodels in retail stores. You will enter updates, support field technicians, and close out service requests, working alongside a team that values precision and communication. Role Highlights Pay range of $20 per hour

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Location:

Middleton, Wisconsin What You'll Do Answer inbound calls from the service queue for field reporting status and requests

Enter updates in the customer database and track progress for field technician projects

Close out completed service requests and ensure documentation is accurate

Coordinate routine communications to assist with complex or technical questions

Provide general coordination support to keep technology systems installations on schedule What You'll Bring High school diploma or equivalent

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Basic knowledge of IT terminology to communicate effectively with field technicians

Ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt quickly to support priority jobs
