Job Description

We are seeking a remote, contract Project Coordinator (EDGAR, SEC) with a high level of professionalism, quick learning and application skills, excellent attention to detail, solid computer skills, and strong organizational skills. In this role, you will be responsible for supplemental processing of companies' financial documents in an HTML format, for filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. This will be within the EDGAR Compliance and Disclosure spaces. This is a temporary contract position expected to last approximately 12 months, with the possibility of extension and conversion to permanent. The hours will be 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM Central Time, Monday - Friday. This is a remote role where you will work off-site. Travel is limited and generally used for team learning and collaboration meetings.
Responsibilities:
Learn from our world-class customer service team and how to identify and communicate with clients through email, phone, and various other sources of client requests As one of the largest financial printers, serve all client needs to fulfill the electronic transmission of their sensitive documents to the SEC. Be introduced to a robust knowledge of SEC guidelines and EDGAR rule specifications to ensure successful client disclosures, which includes continual learning on the job Daily use of Microsoft 365 suite and an internal group of applications Make revisions to documents from various file types including Word, Excel, and PDF into HTML format, using our proprietary software Work with our various departments to process EDGAR projects until their final stages before transmitting to theSEC Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred 2 years+ in client/customer service. 6 months in financial printer experience preferred HTML editing experience required, HTML Codes or XBRL a plus High attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable speaking with upper management, Board members, Partners/Attorneys Process management skills Ability to work under tight deadlines Compensation is $20.00 per hour.
