One-round virtual panel interview with cameras on We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator IV to support engineering, operations, project management, and supplier activities in a fast-paced technical environment. This position will coordinate project documentation, purchase orders, vendor invoicing, financial tracking, reporting, and operational support. Responsibilities Attend daily meetings with Engineering and Operations teams. Review inspection reports and damage photographs to help define project requirements. Develop and maintain detailed Scope of Work (SOW) documentation. Use Smartsheet and internal service-request systems to track project activities. Support the complete purchase order lifecycle, including PO requests, approval tracking, scope changes, invoice processing, and PO closure. Review vendor invoices within a 14-day service-level requirement. Partner with project managers and suppliers to investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies. Maintain accurate financial, budget, cost, and purchase-order tracking records. Perform data cleanup and maintain accurate information across multiple systems. Build customized operational and financial reports. Assist with investigations and other ad-hoc project support activities. Manage multiple priorities while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Experience in project coordination, operations support, or administrative support within a technical, engineering, construction, field-service, or similar environment. Experience managing purchase orders, invoices, budgets, cost tracking, or other financial records. Strong Microsoft Excel skills for tracking, data management, and reporting. Ability to work effectively across multiple systems and platforms. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate with engineering, operations, suppliers, and project management teams. Must be able to work onsite in Schenectady three days per week. Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications Experience using Smartsheet and Salesforce. Experience supporting wind energy, power generation, construction, or field-service operations. Experience developing Scope of Work documentation or other technical project documents.
