$35- 40 per hour (depending on experience)

June 15, 2026 Candidate must have computer, cell phone, and reliable high-speed internet available while remote. Position Overview The Project Coordinator will provide project coordination and administrative support to the Operational Excellence Department. This role supports both Learning & Development and Operations activities, ensuring effective coordination, communication, and execution of departmental initiatives. Key Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate meetings across teams Take meeting notes and consolidate documentation Track, follow up on, and complete action items from tactical meetings Create, update, and maintain reports as assigned Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new systems and software Support project documentation, data collection, and data analysis efforts Maintain and track overall project status Coordinate and manage training registrations, attendance, and completion Support training enrollments and new hire Knowledge Base orientations Assist with Knowledge Base and Learning Management System maintenance Perform additional related tasks as assigned Required Skills & Qualifications Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience with data entry, data management, analysis, and data cleaning Ability to conduct research using primary and secondary sources Strong administrative skills, including schedule coordination, communications, and reporting Ability to manage multiple tasks with speed, accuracy, and sound judgment Professional communication skills with the ability to interact with executives, managers, and team members Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong work ethic and attention to detail Education Requirements Bachelor's or Associate Degree required Systems & Tools Microsoft Office 365 Microsoft Teams Webex Asana Confluence (Knowledge Base) SalesforceJIRA NEIS
