$32 - 40 per hourWe are seeking a detail-oriented Packaging Design Project Coordinator to provide critical internal project coordination services. Working in close collaboration with the Design Project Manager, you will serve as the operational backbone of the department, ensuring that Packaging Design projects are efficiently initiated, scheduled, and managed from concept to final asset delivery.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative teams and production pipelines, maintaining rigorous project schedules, tracking deliverables, and removing bottlenecks to ensure on-time execution. Responsibilities:

Assist the Design Project Manager with updating project plans and various administrative tasks in support of Design/Packaging project workMonitors schedule changes and make necessary adjustments in the design workflow management tool (Wrike).Identifies and actively pursues resolution to issues that may impact project completion.

Assists with project meetings, creates and maintains weekly status reports.

Ensures deliverables are complete, accurate, and adhere to proper naming conventions.

Qualifications:

3+ years of print and/or packaging project coordination experience.

Detail-oriented and organized, high level of professionalism and resilience in a fast-paced environment.

Strong knowledge of print and packaging work.

Strong understanding of packing design, intents, print trials, and dielines.

Problem solving skills for standard, tactical project management activities.

Technical proficiency in project management systems, preferably Wrike.

Able to assist in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
