  • Collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, from suppliers to executives. What's a typical day as Project Management Analyst? You'll be:
  • Supporting the project team by tracking milestones, maintaining project plans, managing action-item logs, and scheduling key stakeholder meetings.
  • Analyzing workforce data in Excel to prepare it for seamless migration into the new Vendor Management System (VMS).
  • Assisting in drafting program communications, newsletters, and announcements to keep internal teams and external vendors informed. This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have a strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables, with an analytical mindset to spot trends or inconsistencies in data.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and are comfortable presenting or speaking in front of small-to-medium groups.
  • Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, temporary project environment.
