The company specializes in bespoke broadloom and area rug solutions for the hospitality segment. Role Description The Project Manager role at OW Hospitality is a full-time hybrid position based in Dalton, GA, with some flexibility for work from home. This role oversees hospitality flooring projects from initial planning through delivery, coordinating timelines, budgets, and resources across internal teams and external partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project schedules, expediting orders, tracking production and logistics, and ensuring that specifications, quality standards, and brand requirements are met. Qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in project management, customer operations, hospitality flooring, commercial interiors, manufacturing, or a related industry. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously from initial planning through production, logistics, and final delivery. Strong understanding of project schedules, production lead times, order management, expediting, and transportation/logistics processes. Experience coordinating across multiple departments to keep projects on schedule. Ability to review and manage project specifications, quantities, product details, approvals, and brand requirements with a high level of accuracy. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify potential delays or project risks early and drive solutions across multiple departments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to provide clear project updates to customers, sales representatives, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. Experience monitoring project milestones, identifying critical-path issues, and proactively escalating risks that could affect production or delivery. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment. Customer-focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for project execution and customer satisfaction.
