Amtelco is the leader in developing SQL-based applications that are an open platform for critical interoperability in Healthcare and Commercial markets throughout the United States. We have received more than 30 U.S. Patents for telephony software, data handling methodologies, and telephone switching devices! We're actively seeking a proactive Project Manager in our Implementation department that will ultimately contribute to our mission of working with our family of customers to provide the very best products and support while creating a successful long-term partnership. Our ideal Project Manager works effectively with our Implementation, Customer Service, and Software Engineering teams, as well as interacts transparently with our family of customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings. Additionally, this adept and dedicated team member effectively manages customers & internal resources and possesses analytical skills that will help create site-specific plans & documents. This full-time position is based at Amtelco's corporate headquarters in McFarland, WI and reports to our VP of Implementation. Based on training, performance, behavior, and trust, the benefit of a hybrid workplace model may be earned. How will I make an impact? Independently work with and assist customers Understand Amtelco software and its best practice rollout to customers Consistently work to improve procedures and processes to shorten project timelines and increase customer satisfaction Build customized project plans for each customer Work with hospitals to oversee the install/program/go-live of Amtelco call handling software Ensure projects remain on track and on time while being fully transparent with customers Partner with sales to deeply understand customer needs Conduct weekly calls with customers Track updates from customers and internal Amtelco resources along with software updates and bugs Collaborate with Field Service to schedule software upgrades and installations Proactively attend weekly internal meetings What does success look like in this role? Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred Experience in Technical Project Management/Coordination preferred PMP Certification preferred Understanding of hospital call handling preferred Strong Microsoft 365 skills Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills Highly organized Reliable with a professional attitude and demeaner Remarkable & effective written and verbal communication skills Self-starter Amtelco complies with all federal laws regarding employment eligibility verification.
