Project Manager (OOJ - 43903) 120000-150000 / US Dollars / Annual Salary NPAworldwide Recruitment Network update Last updated: Mar/18/2026 Job Description Oversee total construction effort to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule. Plan, coordinate, and supervise all activities of all company personnel assigned to project(s). Plan work schedule, determining manpower levels, material quantities, equipment requirements, etc. Maintain official project log(s) and documentation files through use of company software. Monitor/control construction through administrative direction of onsite Superintendent to ensure project is built on schedule and within budget, investigate potentially serious situations, and implement corrective measures. Plan, coordinate, and supervise onsite functions (scheduling, engineering, material control, and day-to-day direction of onsite administrative staff if applicable). Provide technical assistance, interpretation of drawings, recommending construction methods and equipment as required. Ensure all onsite personnel comply with project procedures, safety program requirements, work rules, etc. Document all violations, notify project management, recommend/implement corrective actions as required. Manage financial aspects of contracts to protect company's interest and simultaneously maintain a good relationship with the owner. Represent company in project meetings. Perform additional assignments per Supervisor's direction.

Organized and systematic towards the work. Thorough and deep knowledge about construction activities and all the functions. Excellent communicator and should have the skills both verbal and written.
