As an environmental consulting & contracting firm, PSC EHC Acquisition, LLC has specialized in its services regarding the built environment. About the Position We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in the abatement/construction industry (5+ years required) to join our team in Exton, PA . This role is ideal for a driven professional who not only excels at managing projects but can also develop and maintain client relationships . Candidates who bring an existing book of business or established client network within construction, environmental, or related industries are highly preferred. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing projects from initial client contact through completion, ensuring profitability, compliance, and client satisfaction. Job Roles and Responsibilities Manage projects from bid through completion , ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met Develop, maintain, and grow client relationships , including leveraging an existing network/book of business Identify and pursue new business opportunities Review survey reports, lab results, site plans, and project specifications Prepare accurate project estimates including labor, materials, containment setup, and timelines Conduct site visits for estimating, project oversight, and client meetings Coordinate with Operations Managers and field teams to ensure efficient scheduling and execution Monitor project performance, costs, and profitability using established metrics Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and state environmental regulations Communicate clearly with clients regarding scope, project progress, and any changes Maintain strong internal communication with operations, accounting, and leadership teams Qualifications, Skills & Requirements Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience in asbestos, lead abatement, or environmental services Strong knowledge of abatement procedures, containment methods, and regulatory requirements preferred Existing book of business or client portfolio highly preferred Valid PA Driver's License with clean driving record Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to handle multiple projects Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Excellent communication and client-facing skills Ability to read and interpret project specifications, environmental reports, and technical documents What We Provide Competitive compensation 401K Paid time off and sick pay Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance
