This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and is passionate about delivering high-quality results while building strong client relationships. As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are executed efficiently, timelines are met, and clients receive exceptional service throughout the entire process. Key Responsibilities Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring all phases are completed successfully Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking milestones and deliverables Conduct due diligence, cost estimates, and feasibility assessments Lead meetings and conference calls with clients, utility providers, and internal teams Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track Review drawings, submittals, and documentation for accuracy and compliance Manage scope and initiate change orders when necessary Maintain strong relationships with clients and utility contacts Supervise and support Assistant Project Managers and/or
Project Coordinators What We're Looking For Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Project Manager or similar role Industry knowledge or similar preferred
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Ability to interpret engineering and construction drawings Strong client relationship management skills with a focus on repeat business
Technical Skills:
Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word Adobe Acrobat and/or Bluebeam Work Environment & Expectations Office-based role with occasional travel to project sites and meetings (Remote work not offered) Standard schedule: Monday-Thursday (7:00 AM - 5:00 PM), Friday (8:00 AM - 12:00 PM) Occasional availability outside regular hours may be required during critical project phases Strong commitment to responsiveness, professionalism, and client service Benefits 96 hours of vacation time annually 40 hours of paid sick time annually 7-10 paid holidays per year Company-sponsored events and team outings Retirement benefits including Roth IRA and
