Project ManagerLocation:
Phoenix, AZ, or Portland, OR (Hybrid) Role OverviewThis role involves leading small to medium complexity projects and assuming accountability for delivering results. The position requires a hybrid work model, with two days in the office per week, and may necessitate travel to on-site visits in surrounding areas. The Project Manager will manage project teams composed of internal and external resources. Key ResponsibilitiesLead small to medium complexity projects, assuming accountability for delivering results.
Manage the project team, including internal and external resources.
Develop project plans, budgets, scope, timelines, outcomes, and deliverables using internal PMO tools and templates.
Conduct analyses to estimate and track project costs and budgets.
Define resource requirements and negotiate availability with resource managers.
Manage vendor relationships to align schedules, costs, and deliverables with the overall project plan.
Establish, maintain, and update the project risk log; resolve project issues and escalate as appropriate.
Manage project change control and follow existing policies.
Ensure project-related documentation is accurate and complete.
Required QualificationsExperience:
5+ years of project management experience. Demonstrated success in applying project management concepts and techniques across multiple, simultaneous projects. Candidates should have experience managing a combination of the following project types: network infrastructure and cloud modernization; cybersecurity, access control, and security standardization; SCADA and operational technology; asset management and GIS-related initiatives; and enterprise applications implementations (CIS, SaaS, and system integrations).
Technical Skills:
Application familiarity with ESRI, IQGEO, Verkada, CUSI, Elements, Splunk, Five9, SAP.
General Skills:
Communication and presentation skills across all levels of the organization. Analytical skills, including problem-solving and critical thinking, with attention to detail. Ability to facilitate meetings and manage conversations with tact and diplomacy. Ability to gain and maintain credibility at all levels of the organization. Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field.
PMI or equivalent certification.
Understanding of business process improvement and change management.
