Due to recent team changes and an increasing project workload, the company is looking to add a Project Manager who can successfully lead multiple projects from start to finish. Job Description Manage 3-5 commercial construction projects simultaneously. Oversee project schedules, budgets, and project execution. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and field personnel. Manage client relationships and provide project updates. Review contracts, change orders, and project documentation. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. Support project closeout and warranty processes.
