| Govan Systems is seeking a Project Manager 3 for a State of Michigan client (EPMO, Dept. of Corrections / State Police projects).Responsibilities:
Lead concurrent IT projects in a multi-vendor government environment, including COTS and SaaS oversight- Manage project portfolio, schedules and status reporting using Clarity PPM
- Manage change management and vendor/third-party contracts
- Manage projects with budgets over $20M in large, complex enterprise IT environments
Required:
- 8+ years as a Project Manager
- 8+ years managing projects with budgets over $20M
- 8+ years managing IT projects in a large, complex enterprise
- 8+ years managing vendors and third-party providers
- Bachelor's degree
- Michigan resident; onsite Monday and Tuesday in Lansing from day one
Preferred:
- PMP or other PM certification
- Project portfolio management tools (e.g., Clarity)
- State government / Corrections / public sector experience
