Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion
• Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met
• Utilize project management tools such as Trello, Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAS, Visio, SharePoint, and Primavera to track progress and manage tasks
• Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure deliverables are met
• Collaborate with product management teams to define project scope and requirements
• Provide leadership and guidance to project team members

Experience:

• Proven experience as a project manager, preferably in a technical or engineering environment
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Experience with vendor management and contract negotiations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
