• A minimum of 5 years of relevant construction operations experience working in various general commercial building markets. Our typical project portfolio
• high rises, retail, healthcare, commercial offices, distribution centers. manufacturing facilities, food & beverage, data centers and light industrial projects north of 1M+ SF
• The ability to travel occasionally to project sites as needed.

• Effective communication skills to motivate your team, delegate tasks, and present proposals to clients with competence and confidence.
